This sign is a mile from my house and every time I drive by I think "man thats a nice basketball goal" another case of Missouri ingenuity.

Years ago, there was a 42" or 48" Tydol sign being used for a backboard in Bluejacket Oklahoma.....not to far from you HVN.
Collect small Oklahoma Oil Co.'s 1920's-1940's. Barnsdall, Cushing, Eason, Marland, etc.

there is a place by me has a texaco sign and pole complete, has a basket ball rim attached to it also. offered to buy him a nice basketball pole in trade for his. said he rented the house and the owner has been asked a few times. the renter said if it was mine you could have it, we dont even play basketball. chris
