Mick, use the search and look for T-way. He was the one that posted it I think. Pretty easy though, put the body together, leave the screws pretty loose, insert one lense into it aligning the notches. Flip over onto something soft, put the plastic bag it come in, inside the globe. Then gently do the same with the top lense. It works pretty good for me every time.
Thanks, Phil _________________________________________________ Looking for any old pumps, or nice 5 gallon cans.

I lay them down and put the base screws in tightly. Then I stand on the base, open one side and insert the lense until it fits perfectly. Holding the top of the Capco closed, I spin the entire unit to allow the same thing on the opposite side. Once both lenses are in the correct location, simply install the top screw and tighten. I've done hundreds and only broke one!

DIDN'T DB SAY TO SECURE THE BOTTOM WITH A BIG FAT RUBBER BAND AND THE TOP WITH THE SCREW LOOSELY AND POSITION EACH GLOBE LENS USING THE FLEXIBILITY OF THE RUBBER BAND. THEN TIGHTEN THE TOP SCREW AND THEN ADD THE BOTTOM SCREWS?
I DO IT THIS WAY LAYING THE SET-UP ON IT'S SIDE ON A BLANKET OR CARPETED FLOOR AND USE A TOWEL INSIDE WHEN FLIPPING OVER TO DO THE REVERSE.
