by the look of every thing being sold what reccession
the hobby is going strong--i just cant get those price here on the west coast

I thought it would bring more than that? The last one I saw sell brought more that twice that!! The real shocker IMO was the Alligator Boot display, $5000.00?!?!?!?! WOW

I thought several of the prices were soft. The Kelly might have brought 20k a few years ago. The Gulf Collection (for the most part) was very reasonable.
Collect small Oklahoma Oil Co.'s 1920's-1940's. Barnsdall, Cushing, Eason, Marland, etc.
