no exactly where your going to put it. have a spray bottle of Simple green mixed = 1 to 10, have a small firm clean sponge and a credit card. spray the area, put the decal down and move it to where ypou want it , hold it lightly with one hand as you sponge the excess off, do this a couple times. then go over the hole thing with the credit card, from the center out, nice and easy. good luck. and have fun.

Spray the surface down with water using a fine mist. This allows you to adjust the decal before it is home to stay. Once you're happy with it, use a stiff plastic straight edge to squeegie the moisture out and let the adhesive grip the surface.

Auto body shops sell the plastic squeegies.

Thanks guys, knew there had to be an easier way. Had a heck of a time putting the Polly decal on my Gilbarco 96c with using your method. Took my wife and I about 2 hrs to put them on and get all the air bubbles out. They came out real good. Getting ready to put the decal(Shell) on a lubester that I just finished so your way should make it much easier. Thanks again
