I bought a Erie 77A over the winter. I haven't been able to find out a lot about this pump. I see some info on the regular Erie 77's. Any help would be great.

Welcome aboard. I have a 77, not much I can tell you about your 77A. I know it was'nt easy finding parts for mine. This is a great site with dedicated people that will help you with your posting and your pump. Enjoy if your restoring it and do 'er good.

I see you didnt get too many responses yet. I researched my books and did some web searching and your 77A looks to be just a taller version of my short Erie 748, although the new Jack Sim book has'nt an image of the 748,it looks like your 77. Your pump is a earlier model then mine. Do you have a spear on the door?
