I just saw 3 phillips 66 globes they are round not the sheild shape but at the bottom
they say 1982 so.. they must be old reproduction. The man who has the owned a sinclair station that turned 66. the globes where mounted on the wall on old sconces and he said people would come and try to steal them and the usually were broken. so he took them back down. Any idea on what they are worth? What about the sconce bracket thingys? He also has a sheild shaped phillips globe i didnt see a date on that one?

The sheild would be original and valued at $500-$600 + or - if in very good condition. Price drops fast if there are condition problems.
You can check the vendors web sites to see what the repro's are worth.
Are the sconces old? It makes world of difference value wise.

Yes the sconces are originals I have pictures of them hangin on the wall when they held the old sinclair globes back in the 30's or 40's.

Without seeing them I'd guess $125 or more for each. I've seen original sconces bring well over $1000 each.....just depends on the style.

Repo globes are being sold on ebay for $69. Doesn't matter if they are 1982 or 1990 dated.
