Hi, Can anyone tell me what year(s) this patch was used. It is oily on the back which leads me to believe that it was on a mechanic's uniform. Here's the link for a photo to view:

I can't imagine a mechanic wearing the patch to tell the truth. The beads could come lose and fall into a part and/or the beads could/would scratch a surface. Unique looking.

It could have been an item worn by an employee of the Cadillac Hotel in Detroit. You see lots of different items in these parts with the Cadillac crest on them. NOT from the motor car company, but from the Hotel, and it's the exact same logo. Just my thoughts....

The white beads ARE supposed to be the ducks! They look like them if you look hard enough, lol.
