One never knows what they will get when they bid on and win an online auction, or atleast I never know for sure. I have been both pleased and disappointed by what has arrived at my front door. Sometimes the item is broken, sometimes it has a defect that wasn't shown or described. On rare occasions I get more than I paid for or expected.

Long story short, today is/was one of those later days.

I was the only bidder on a auction advertising a Brilliant Bronze clipboard with a coupon, also included was a small bandage tin. Once I won the auction I figured I had scored! I picked up the clipboard and coupon for less than $10. How can/could I go wrong. I could either throw-away or sell the small tin as it wasn't much to look at. This is what arrived today and I will let you decide for yourselves if I didn't score big time? laugh

A photo depicting what was being sold. And what arrived at my front door.

Then I turned over the tin and the coupon;

Dick, I haven't tried it, to tell the truth. In fact it looks as if it never has been used.

Chris, it was an Ebay auction. That's why I couldn't believe that on a Johnson Oil item I was the only one to bid.

I would like to see a photo of that can and box, Alan. If you shared photos of it here, I must have missed it.

I had my gold placement and will have the CT scan on the 29th to map the areas that will receive radiation. Should be a few days after that and the radiation treatments start. If all goes well I should be cancer free around the end of July, first part of August I hope! lol

My Urologist placed small pieces of gold in my prostate marking where the cancer is. I have three different locations where cancer is growing. The small pieces are seen on the CT scan and the films are used in the computer of the radiation machine to try and ensure that my kidneys, bladder and intestines aren't destroyed by the massive amount of radiation they will direct to the prostate and surrounding tissue to kill the cancer.
