i was helping a friend sort out a batch of pumps he bought from a junkyard, when I noticed a raised area on this Tok 39.

Looks like that pea green paint worked as a good preservative. When I find raised areas under paint it is a bubbling blister of rust. I like your find MUCH better.

VERY COOL. I FIND THAT IF A PORC SIGN IS IN GREAT SHAPE TO BEGIN WITH AND GETS PAINTED OVER...IT STILL LOOKS GREAT 50 YEARS LATER!
