I need some ideas on painting and decaling old 5 Gal. gas cans from the 20's or 30's.
I have 6 or 7 that I'd like to cordinate the colors with a brand.
A couple questions are, do i dare use spray bombs or would It be worth It to have a paint shop paint them?
What should I consider decals or sticker?
Thanks for any and all ideas and suggestions. As you can probably tell I'm not very handy!!!

For a while I was searching around for old cans. I bought them, put decals on them and painted them with base/clear paint. I have bever sold one for a profit. Some I lost on just to get rid of them. Rattle can them put stickers on and enjoy. Hope this helps. Just doesn't seem to be much room for making money on them so enjoy them yourself.

I try to have one prepped for paint, then when I shoot a pump I use the leftover to paint the can,add a decal, and a bulk oil tag. They don't really sell for much, but the ones that have a company name embossed in them seem to be worth more.
