GO TO HOME DEPOT AND LOOK AROUND IN THE ADHESIVES SECTION. THAT'S WHAT I DID. I'VE REPAIRED SEVERAL CRACKED/BROKEN PLASTIC LEXAN SIGNS OVER THE YEARS. LOOK FOR A GLUE THAT IS SPECIFICALLY MADE FOR YOUR REPAIRS. SOME WILL NOTE ON THE BACK THAT IT IS "MADE FOR" OR "NOT TO BE USED ON..."

Theres some clear drying epoxy that I have used with great sucess on globe bodies and broken inserts. I bought it at "Lowes" under the name of "DEVCON". Its a 2 part epoxy with a rated strength of 1500 lbs, whatever that means? Since my original purchase, I've found it at other places--NAPA store for one and actually, several other places too. They advertise it as a 5 minute epoxy and be sure you get the stuff that dries clear. Its marked on the package.
If for some reason you can't find it in your area, let me know and I'll head uptown and get some for you. Pretty easy stuff to work with as it comes in a dual applicator that squeezes out equal parts and you just mix it up real good and go to work!---KEVIN
