Does anyone have an oil can rack, the A type which would have a sign in the top that they are willing to part with. My sign that I would like to put in it measures 21 1/2" by 11/14 holes would be ~10 1/2" between the two.

Let me know what you have. Thanks. John

The answers to most of these questions here on this site can be found on my website: www.petrocollect.com

There were only two companies that made 90% of the oil can cabinets, Bennett and Modern Metals.

My last edition of the Gas Pump Identification book was just that, I eliminated most of the non gas pump items.

But on my website there are many pictures of oil cabinets. The Bennett oil cabinest can be seen at:

http://www.petrolianacollectibles.com/bennett%20156-256.htm

The Modern Metal cabinets can be seen at:

http://www.petrolianacollectibles.com/modern%20metals.htm

I could go through my litature looking for the deminitions you posted, but I am just to busy selling literature to just supply answers.

If you are interested in literature I have for sale, email me.

I am not looking for the cabinet type. I am looking for a simple open frame (cans on both sides) that open like a step ladder and would hold a sign on the top (either by sliding into grooves or swinging via hooks). John
