I am in the process of putting together my Tok 300. I am not ready to put the skins on yet, but was just scoping it out and I am wondering if I am missing something on my hinges. I did not take them off, but my "body man" may have and then reinstalled them wrong. The way they are, I dont see how they will attach to the door and open more than a few inches before the hinge hits the angle iron frame. I tried flipping it around and that wont work either. Maybe I am having a brain freeze. Heres a pic. I may have to take better ones so you can see what I mean.
Thanks,
John

The parts you have are installed correct. You are missing two more pieces per hinge. One piece mounts to the door and the other attaches to the arm shown in your picture. There are a total of four pieces to the hinge assembly on your pump.

Ryan is correct. The parts to hang the doors go on the hinge bar. The slotted holes allow for some door adjustment. There will be a pin that the door mount mates to which completes the installation. Maybe Ryan has these parts if you can't find them? Good luck, Paul www.severngaspumps.com

Hmmm, thats not good. The doors worked when I took the pump apart. I dont see anything in my box of parts that looks like it would be what you are describing, but I will check again. I have to assume my "body man" lost them too.
Ryan do you have them? Thanks again guys,
John

There are pictures of the parts on my website. I might have some on a pump out back.

I checked it out Ryan and you had some for a 300, but not sure they are what I need. If you have any out back, or the ones on the site are what I need, let me know. Thanks,
John

This is the piece that attaches to the door.

These are the pieces that attach to the steel part of your hinge. They are different top to bottom. I believe that I have one of each out back on the pump, but will check tomorrow when it is light out.

Thanks Ryan. I would need them for both doors if you have enough. If not, Ill just make one door operable. The other door will be against the garage anyway.
