Real or repop:

Says 10-6-50 in lower righ hand corner. I see many of the repops have eylets to hang them this one has small holes.

IMO,fantasy. The "Black T" was dropped in the mid 30's and if I read the sign correctly the date on the sign is 10-6-60(?) Plus, there should be a "period mark" after REG another after T and one after M

Also it should have six mounting holes, with the brass gromets.I think! I have a repop with 10-6-33 on it. Am i right about the six holes?

I think there are only four mounting holes, one in the center of each end and one each in the center upper and center lower.

As for the sign in question, it looks fantasy to me, also...Dale

In the guides I see "No Smoking signs" with 4 and 8 mounting holes.
Don't see one with 6 mounting holes, but I'm sure no expert.

I remembered it having holes in the center, and that's why i said six holes. I asummed it had two on each end. Thanks for setting me straight.

I was leaning towards repop due to the black t and condition. Also it is a very thin tin. I know there are some repops that are VERY close to the originals. Thanks for the info

The border and grommets is what looks wrong to me.

Thanks, Phil
