Light green.......eh ? Isn't that what they used to paint hospital walls back in the day ? I used to call it dysentery green. I never liked it much. You said you were looking for opinions.
You should give it an aged appearance. First paint with a dark color (black works if your top coat is going to be a light color) and then paint it with Elmer's glue. After that dries you then paint it the color you want and as the paint dries it shrinks and leaves it looking old and weathered.

HSL..... pm me your address and I can send you some light green paint samples from my station that is flaking off the walls as I type this. I think it's probably the exact color you are looking for........ don't let these guys talk you out of your dream.

Hey Bob I was thinking of you the other day. Havent seen much from you. Hope things are going well. Rick PS im pretty stuck on the green but was wondering if I should paint ALMOST everything or just the walls. I even have some ugly green material that will hang down from the window shelf that will cover my ornamental spare parts.

If you're stuck on green, do it. I'd still go with a trim color though. Black would look good with it.
Anything Chevron I'd rather be flying.....
