I am always interested in pictures of pumps that are not shown in either of my two gas pump books. I have identified about 300 more pumps (this includes 100 that were pulled by the publisher, from the 2nd book).
I am also trying to identify every pump ever made, right up to today. I recently got some nice sales brochures for Bennett pumps from the 70s, 80s & 90s. I know that almost no one is collecting them, buy why wait?
In the beginning I felt I was a collector of petroliana, now when people ask me what I do, I tell them I am a Historian.
