Hello everyone, just purchased my first pump and have not even received it yet. The pump did not have a nozzle or hose with it and I am trying to determine what was originally on it. Was it a Tokheim, Buckeye, or OWP nozzle? Also if the nozzle had a model number that would be helpful too. Was it brass or aluminum. Would like to do a somewhat original restoration. I have a picture but dont know how to post it within this post.

Thanks again, but the original image is copied from ebay and does not resize good, actually it comes out terrible looks like a bunch of square blurry blocks. Maybe people within the forum can answer my questions from the picture submitted until I receive the pump and take my own pictures. Any help with the nozzle selection?

Welcome aboard. I like 39's. Love that SUPER*PREMIUM. I always ask for SUPER when I fill up the car and so far everyone knows what I mean (even the younger generation). My 39 has an aluminum OPW but I believe you will find all the nozzles mentioned on 39's. If I ever get a good deal on a brass nozzle that is what mine will end up with. Can't beat a polished brass nozzle. Good luck, Mike

Nozzles were the 1st thing replaced on pumps, then the VR & hose. Most 5' pumps used Alum. OPW or Buckeye nozzles.
Where in Calif. are you ? db

Thanks everyone for all your comments and advice when I receive my Tokheim 39 is there an ID tag and what information can I gain from it? Will it have a manufacture year?
