This globe lense looks real nice, almost looks to good to be true. What do you think??
It is dated 7-41. I thought Texaco did NOT use the black T after 36??

Benjamins book lists it as 1935 thru 1944! Nice lens! I had it on my watch list!

For what it is worth--all my 1940's signs have white T's
also not sure re date stamp on bottom of lens either- H or C
possible --but curious
