Jerry it is from the 30s-40s, I believe. They are on ebay, quite regularly. Must have been quite a few motorists who purchased them. Pep Boys had 2 versions of the tins (that I have seen and have in my collection). Dave, lordparaffin, is much more knowledgeable on these tins than I. One on ebay right now, but your is much nicer looking.

Yes! Thank's Bob, I am interested. I like the other one as well and will keep an eye out for one. The graphics are really neat with alot of detail on the one I picked up. Also there are other products advertising on it as well.
Thank's again for the pictures and information.

Jerry, for the very reason you like it is the very reason why these are among the most popular bulb tins and for as many of them that are still out there are always sellers. People just like the graphics and they are among the more graphic of bulb tins. Fair price on that tin ranges between $25-$50 depending on condition. Yours is in nice shape. Condition as always sets the price bar. Do you have the interior with it? A folded cardboard insert with 2 little bulbs held in the center by the insert and 2 large bulbs with Baldwin light bulb sleeves over them. Baldwin to my knowlege was the bulb always sold in Pep Boys tins. Complete correct interiors very hard to come by. I need the sleeves for the smaller of the 2 tins myself. Enjoy it. I personally feel these are underappreciated little tins.
