First of all, is it a 1929 Martin and Schwartz? Value?

I have it listed as 1929, but this is the date of the piece of literature showing the pump. Model 1053, one-gallon farm, commercial or private garage pump.

M&S started in business around 1922 so it could have been introduced earlier. Early M&S literature is a little hard to find (at least for me).

Value: $300 in a good economy.

It is pictured on page 189 of my Gas Pump Identification book, don't leave home without it.
