Absolutely Beautiful, Mike! What kind of wood are you doing it in? Are you going to leave it natural or are you painting it?
Thanks for sharing this work of art.

Well, here she is. 90% done. I just have to finish the back door and put it on. Sorry about the poor quality photos. It is so difficult to get a good picture in a dark basement. There are a few things I would have done differently, but it turned out well.

Thanks everyone. I have worked very hard on this project over the last few weeks. I didn't take any photos of the body work because that's not very exciting. I used a 2 part auto primer to surface the MDF. I wanted to use an oil based paint, but the color was way off after I sprayed it. The yellow was more like John Deere yellow. I ended up spraying it with rattle can ACE School Bus Yellow. It is not a perfect match to Shell yellow, but that's OK. I was in a hurry to get it sprayed before the weather turned sour, because I have to spray outside in my backyard.

I was going to put a shell globe on it, but it is way too tall to fit.

Great Job on the 36B, that’s the kind of craftsmanship that pumps use to have in them.

How about for your next challenge you try a Wayne 800. Remember lots of photos and a full description of each step. LOL.

You did a terrific job on it!

I wish I could do that type of craftsmanship.
