Auction is tomorrow. Not sure on the size, but doesn't look to be big. Maybe 24"x20"??? Thanks.

That's a sign I would like to find room for. I think Greg, hit the nail on the head with his estimate.

Yea assuming condition i would agree w/them on price ,i found the size 16" x 24" s.s very cool sign,i guess there would be many different tire shops that would have there company name down below at bottom of sign??? the one in my book says THUMM'S TIRE SHOP/WARREN.OHIO at bottom of sign!the sign in book looks to be a 9+ all day & says VALUE:$1,600.-$2,500.AMISTADI'S ANTIQUE ADVERTISING! good luck & hope you get it!

Wow! I thought that it would be less in that condition. It's from a local shop that's no longer in business. Sign age is in the teens, I'd imagine...??? Last time I went by the address on the building, I saw a spark plug ad (Champion, I think) painted on the brick wall on the side of the building. The building is now a restaurant/night club.

I'll be doing a phone bid tomorrow. We'll see how that goes.

IF PATIENT ENOUGH, THAT SIGN LOOKS LIKE IT COULD BE CLEANED UP REASONABLY MORE.

Not only is there one sign, but there are TWO SIGNS!!!

I went to the preview yesterday and there are more signs that will be at auction. Most of them are local highway and street signs. Nonetheless, I collect them as well and will bid. These kind of items are not really a draw at this auction house, but one never knows who's interested.

This is the place now.

I'm curious now and will do a search for any original photos at the city main library.

Pretty obvious that a new building was put up in what was probably an empty lot? The old shop was probably long gone.

Gotta Disagree on the Billboard. Looks like Ghi, not Chi. & the C is different than the Chicklets C.
