I need a orange... or any other color capco globe body. I need a new one... going to try to repair a ripple body globe that has a broken base and have an idea that might work. It just need to have the 6" base part intack.
Looking for anything from Hoosier Pete, Platolene 500 and Red Bird.

Hey Jarvis,did you get that one from the guy in Lebanon Missouri? I tried to get ahold of him but we didnt connect when I was going that way.I think I know what your up to,I was thinking the same direction for the repair.Good Luck!Steve

Yes Steve i bought the Kanotex globe. I am going to try to cut the bottom off of a capco and epxoy or fiberglass the capco to the ripple and blend it down and paint it. Hope it works.
Someone in a early post said the for sale area is the place to post wanted items... if you look at the wording below General Petroliana Discussion you will find it there about what the sections are for. Here is what "General Petroliana Discussion" says

HA,HA Bob do you know Santa isn't coming to your house this year!
I called Seth... he helped me out so a big thanks to him! I have delt with Seth at Vic's many of times now and they are some great people.
