Try using a Damp rag on the worst ones 1st. Might have to use some WD-40 also.

DAWN IS A GREAT GREASE/OIL DISHWASHING SOAP. MOST COMPOSITE CANS HAVE A GOOD DECENT GLOSS ON THEM. BE GENTLE WHERE THEY AREN'T.
IN OTHER WORDS...DON'T USE THE POWER WASHER! LOL!

I have had success with dish soap and water on a rag as well. Just don't let it stay wet for very long.

i am going to try baby wipes first. that seems like the right tool for the amount of soilage, plus i have a 2 year old and have plenty on hand. yes before and afters lol.
my tip: only use the after baby wipes on new cans you are trying to give an "aged" petina to.

I'D USE THEM TO CLEAN THE CANS FIRST, THEN ON THE BABY. MAYBE THIS IS WHY I'M NOT A FATHER? ...YA THINK? HAHAHAHAHA!
