I guess the other extreme would be everyone telling each other everything is fine, when actually you'd be lying. I'd rather receive some criticism now and again, yes, it will hurt but I'll get over it. If I'm doing or saying something stupid, I'd like to know about it rather than thinking, wow, people really like what I say and do, I'm brilliant.
