Anyone have any suggestion on removing the 4 bolts on an Eco 98 pedestal air meter that bolt the flange and head frame together?? I got one out but the other 3 will not budge. The only thing I can think of to do yet is some light heat but that bothers me some as I do not want to melt anything.

Soak w/ penetrating oil & tapping w/ hammer & punch. Try several times w/ 10-30min. in between tapping.
It sends vibrations down the bolt for oil.
