I went and checked out this sign today, I had some suspicions and now I believe it to be fake. The owner thought it was porcelain, but its way too thin to be porcelain but it is glossy. Infact very glossy. I am thinking its 20-30 years old, can anyone confirm? It is 2 sided, its about 12x18".

I CAN'T READ THE DATE ON THE BOTTOM ....A-M 12-58(?) LOOKS AS REAL AS THE DAY IS SHORT. MOST LIKELY FROM A MULTI TIERED COUNTER TOP SALES SPINNER RACK. FAIRLY SCARCE. NOPE NOT PORC. HEAVY METAL THOUGH.
IS IT DOUBLE SIDED?

IS IT DOUBLE SIDED? Yes double sided. Idea on value? Both sides are in good shape, I think the spots can clean off.

A-M = ALLAN MORRISON (SIGNMAKER) 12-58 = DEC 1958.
IF IT CLEANS UP DECENT I SHOULD THINK IT WOULD COMMAND $250 OR BETTER.

That sign does not have the black line between the Outboard Motor Oil and the Pennzoil. I notice the ebay one is from 59, possibly just a change in that year?
