Don't know the year on that, would guess 50's and 60's. Yes, they did have motor oil in quarts, same era.
Still looking for that Union 76 ball And I collect big old porcelain neon signs

That's the older Whiz "pinwheel" logo. I'm not sure when they started or stopped using that logo but Motor Rythm was marketed with the pinwheel logo in the late 40's through the mid 1950's.
