Doc,
The globe came with it and has a metal base. I think it's from about the same time period.

Great Pump! Here is a hard to find rocker in hard to read condition. I couldn't pass it up. A super cool spark plug tin in less than stellar condition. Plus a beautiful White Rose tin from a fellow oldgasser north of the border.

Nice clock Phil. Glad to hear your keeping it original. I have seen a lot of their porcelain signs-but I never heard of the paint- Maybe I am to young LOL.

Got these items in the last few weeks........

This is a hard-to-find 15" globe......it's complete, but the reverse lens is cracked. If you have a good single for sale, I'm the guy to contact!!

These two are also hard to find in good condition....I'm pleased to have them both.

To most, my buy might be pretty rough (which it is), but the price was very right, and got it shipped dirt cheap, just had to wait about a month.

Being in the Phillips family, its a great addition.

Owen, that Simplex is fantastic! I passed on a nice restored one that was priced right but I would give a premium for one that was in THAT condition! VERY NICE BUY!

Kevin, I have an idea. Get one of these Tok. Intercepter face bezels (looks like what the ad glass came from), put a face behind it and get a lower door then hang it on the wall.

The Coca Cola will go outside on the new deck, when I finish it. What you have against the APCO sign? It will go outside until it sells, I have no room for it after the last few signs.

Nice buys everyone!
I just got this double sided Mobil sign from around 1958. Its got plastic faces and a flange mount and measures a bit over 3 feet wide.
Seller delivered it to my son who says it is in great shape - no cracks or anything, just a little dirty. I paid too much...:-D
Can't wait to mount it outside.

I haven't posted anything on here for quite some time but a had an unusually good week. The one gallon from a local antique seller and 3 very tough to come by bulb tins that I'm tickled to finally scratch off my list. The Cadillic was purchased from Oldgasser Russj. Thanks Russ, it's a nice piece.
