I am talking signs here. I have seen some 6' porcelain double sided signs from the early 60s to mid 70s lately. I feel those signs are alot less desireable and less valued than signs 59' and older.

I would be interested to see what others say.

AGE VS. CONDITION VS. PRICE VS. RARITY (SIZE, LOCATION, COMPANY).

I TAKE ALL THESE INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN BUYING ANY LARGE SIGNS.

Has to be desireable, item can be very old but if bad condition unless real rare its hard to sell. I have had a few requests for large signs but usually the small ones that can be hung up easily are more popular. I buy pre 1970s anything newer I have no interest in

99% of collectors don't have space for large signs [local ordinances has a lot to do w/ displaying outside also].
