IF YOU PAID, THEN THE SELLER SHOULDN'T BREAK THE CONTRACT. IT'S HIS FAULT HE DIDN'T PROOFREAD THE AUCTION AND FORGOT TO LIST A "RESERVE" PRICE AND YOU JUST HAPPENED TO STUMBLE ON IT. KUDOS.
