Mick, I doesn't look real to me.

Never seen one with the back looking the way this one does. No brackets nor does it look as if the body was made to accommodate any brackets

I THOUGHT THESE WERE FAKES, I HAVE ONE THAT LOOKS IDENTICAL TO THE ONE SHOWN,SOME FREINDS OF MINE GAVE IT TO ME.SAME PAINT JOB. REAL OR FAKE?

The Mobil Pegasus was a "wall hanger". (except for the larger building toppers) I've always considered the one's like this, without the brackets to hang on a wall as fakes. Seen quite a few original smaller Pegasus, they always had the brackets.

New England Imports: Some guy in China or India made fifty cents for a weeks work pounding on that with a rock. Then they move it down the line to the paint department. During production they are laughing about some dumb American thinking it's old and paying big bucks for it.
