Are the curved Texaco sky chief porcelain signs worth more then the flat ones? They seem to be alot harder to find?

IMO, yes. The curved pump plates were for round visible pumps. I have never seen a Sky Chief pump plate dated before 1940 and by that time a lot of these pump had been phased out and replaced by flat panel pumps. Texaco didn't need as many curved pump plates so they didn't make as many.

Calif outlawed the visible Except in rare instances, in 1947 for use in selling to the public. They could still be used for commercial & farm use.
Seems like it took me forever to find a VERY NICE Flat Indian [12 x 18].
