Bought this pump this weekend. Not a common pump around my area so I am unfamiliar with it. Some cobbling was done with a locking cover for the pump handle mount. Thus...
I was wondering if this is the correct pump mechanism and pump handle? Also was this a large inspection hole or did someone just cut it out that big?
Thanks... Jim

The top hat to me is wrong as a South West had a fancier "Hat " as I recall in many of the OK- 7's I found while I lived in Texas for years . The hat I saw seems to have come off of a Wayne 515 or a 615. The handle is good to go . Ed Shaver

If the handle is correct...I guess the pump mech should be. Casting number on handle is AA 3110 and on the pump is AA 2332. Pump also has 1570 No.6 and Patd. Nov.4 1924 cast into it.
Ed...I think you are correct...I believe it is a Wayne top. Do you remember that large hole in the sheetmetal? There is a small inspection hole on the other side.
I take it this is a common pump in it's home state of Texas?

I beleive the large hole in the lower skin was to have a place to store the hose at closing time . The hat had a large hole on one area of the hat too. Looked like a Colapsable Collander for food kind of . Anyway, there was a hole , bout the size of a Silver dollar on one of the sections on all of the O K -7's I ever saw ......... Ed Shaver

I believe the dome is correct...I had an identical one a few months ago and the top was the same.
I also believe the handle is too, looks like the same one I had...

The top does look like the top depicted in the "Bible"? I feel I got a better deal now I know it is correct! I will probably keep it now! If it was screwed up I was just going to part it out. A member sent me a picture of the missing door so I am set there! Thank you everyone for the info...
