Base, top & dial hands appear to be NATIONAL. Possibly a variation of the 90 or 40.
Jack Sim's must not have had a picture of this pump when he did the 1st book. After he returns from Carliel [sp], he can do a search of his new material.

I found 2 pictures in Jack Sim's book that look like that pump, but the picture's are almost the same. They are the Hayes AX-500-c and the San Antonio "SAMSCO". These pumps are cash recorder pumps but the pump on ebay looks like a plain clockface type of these two pumps. That would explain the funny looking bezel, almost like it's missing the top cash recorder bezel. If you look at top castings on the picture and of the one on ebay they are the same.
