I have two original Lacer built visible gas pumps with 10 gallon glass metering jars on top. Where were they made, what colors to paint? where to sell? unrestored or restored?

I have not been able to identify any company named Lacer. I have information on a Lacer-Hallet of Los Angeles, who made an air tower.
Is there any more information on the ID tag?
