In process of restoring A.O. Smith #483. Removed vinyl cover from porcelain and found 12 holes. Anyone have any info as to what type of signage went here?
Thanks,

I am doing one of these. My panels have 4 holes up each side for chrome trim.(available aftermarket).4 holes in center with popout plugs. The top two are narrower than bottom. I was told it actually had 2 signs. Atlantic,Amoco,etc...and the type of gas. I'm not using the holes. They apparently made a few patterns. I'll probably make a Firebird pump.It was Amoco.
