a friend is wanting to do a... fina gas pump .. has or does anyone produce lenses etc for this company

No one that I know of has reproduced the FINA lenses.

But . . . I have had good luck making 15" "one-off's" for people using flat Styrene with attached decals. The process won't work on the CAPCO bodies since the groove the lens fits into is not 'flat' - but the process works pretty good using the 15-inch bodies.

Decals are not a problem either.
