Jake, is this show big? I never heard of it. I have been to the antique shop, but the big building next door with the collection was closed. Is there a lot of gas and oil stuff? That is where I bought my Calif. bear 120 sign.
I took pictures when I was there. I will look for them and post them later.

That place is awesome. The people who own it are very friendly and the pumps , signs and old cars in the building are amazing. I never knew there was a bash there so thanks to Oldgas for letting me know as it is only an hour from my house.

Many years ago, Boron was an intersection that I would drive through, to get to China Lake NWC, or the north Gate at Edwards... I'd kinda like to get back out there again.

Old Gassers:

I am the one that sent the flier to Jim for posting with the Kramer's permission. I stopped a couple weeks ago on the way back from Vegas. I met both the Kramer brothers and they were very freindly and gracious in allowing me to walk around most of the property including the hanger.

They have tons of great stuff. Retored cars, alot of pumps and some fantastic signs. The highlight of the collection probably has to be their militaria collection though. It is extensive and displayed incredibely. Definitly worth the stop to view.

Hopefully some vendors will bring out some nice stuff as it could be a great meet. Heck, this place has tons of room for any size truck and they are not even charging a fee to sell. I have sent fliers to Frank & Ruben already who had not heard of it & I spoke with Gary from Adelanto who indicated he was planning on selling there.

Best wishes to the Kramers and anybody who makes the trek.

Rick

their collection of highway signs, especially 1910s-1920s Auto Club of Southern California diamonds, is second to none as well.

Is this event inside the barn or outside in the lot? Should dealers bring their own tents and stuff? Kramer's Corners (what we used to call the place back in the old days) can be pretty brutal temp wise in late May.

Anybody coming to Kramer Junction, and who has a visible pump glass cylinder they'd like to part with? Looking for a 12 1/2 inch by 26 inch, blue or clear.
Thanks, Dale

You guys using 395 drive safe, especially north of Kramers. Use your headlights even during the day if you can. Caltrans' solution to all the head on collisions on 395 has been to extend the solid double yellow lines for miles instead of widening the road to four lanes.
