interesting ALL his clocks have mint white faces and rather worn backs. If the motor and cord had to be replaced in the Ford clock-which to me would indicate years of use, how is the face minty white with two bulbs burning away inches from it for years?
If it was mint out of the box with no wear on the back, I'd be a little more trusting the face was original.
Most of my originals have some sort of flaking/cracking/stains in the face which matches the wear on the back.
Dust/bugs on the bottom of the inside as well
