Nope.......see how rounded the corners at the bottom mounting tab are. Also, the debossed two support "channels" on each side of the mounting slot are almost non-existent. If you look back a year or two in a certain ebay sellers feedback, you'll see one of these sold about every week to 10 days for over a year.

Dn't forget this is the same seller who had the Phillips 66 two gallon can on Ebay about 5 or 6 weeks ago that "sold" for almost $600.00, and the $25.00 Phillips 66 quart can that brought $400.00??? Norm

...people believe what they want to believe...

Looking for better Gulf items: signs, globes, cans and paper - especially porcelain Gulf flanges, and Gulf A-38 & A-62 ad glass...

A FRIEND OF MINE WAS THE HIGH BIDDER OF THIS SIGN FROM THE SAME SELLER. THE SELLER SAID HE WOULD HAVE TO REFUND MY FRIEND FOR THE SIGN BECAUSE IT WAS TO BIG TO SHIP USPS OR UPS. 38"X38" IS NOT TO BIG. HIS SHIPPING CHARGE WAS $51.86. I THINK HE GOT FAR LESS THAN HE EXPECTED TO GET, SO HE THOUGHT HE WOULD COME UP WITH A LAME EXCUSE AND REFUND MY FRIEND AND MY BUDDY WOULD GO AWAY. HE HAS ANOTHER NEG. FEEDBACK COMING HIS WAY.

UPS will not ship anything over 6 fy long to a residense. Other than that, 38 X 38 is bull.

With 18 negatives in the last 12 months I would not give that seller the time of day, He is certainly not an honest person from all the times he has been caught screwing people just from this site alone.

The excuse is even beyond me. Why would a 6"x6 1/2" by maybe a 1/4" deep item need to be shipped in a 38 x 38 package??? $50+ to ship! What.....did he include a free cinder block?!

You can ship 38 x 38 all day long...with ups/fedex/greyhound... The prices dont get really crazy until you exceed 42 x 42 inches...then the prices can get pretty pricy.

Wanted: Husky Cans/Signs, Interesting Pump Plates and NC Road Signage
