I came across this today at a yard sale, the guy wanted 1000 for it. It does have an acrylic tank that sits on top of a pump with a handle attached to it. My concerns are that this is a complete reproduction there is no brand names or markings on the sides, there is only a number on the pump. If anyone has any info on this kind of pump I would greatly appreciated, I have a standing offer at 400 with the guy but he wants 700.00.

It is not a reproduction. The repro guys would not go to the trouble of making a pumping system or piping inside. This is a Boyle Dayton pump, but the exact Model number, I'm not certain. Circa middle Twenties. Paul www.severngaspumps.com

B&D made several pumps that are very similar in design [yours is one of them].
In pictures, your missing the Cast Door, ID Tag, Indicators, Cylinder, Piping inside cyl. & Cyl. Rods. IF all these parts were included $12-1400 is reasonable.
A BIG Plus is the sheet metal is in GREAT CONDITION.
I don't think he is asking too much.
