Phil,
This may not be correct but looks to me like he's got one pump for sale, so he put same pump on in several places and is looking for someone to purchase it direct, then most likely he'll remove all the different listings. He doesn't want to pay Ebay anything, just wants to advertise there. Bet he'll start ending listings quick if folks start bidding :-)
