A post in the Want to Buy section sent me to my own website looking for a picture. I helped sort our four building of petroliana after a good friend passed away, and one of the things he had accumulated was a road sign for every state on Rt. 66, even Kansas, they are shown in the Steve Gold pictures.

Since there are so many new people here on Old Gas, I thought you might like to look at pictures I have taken at swap meets for the last 15 years. Most of the time I was a vendor, now I just take pictures. Back as far as 1988 I was taking vidios, kind of hard to post them.

You can start at the first page of my website and go from there: www.petrocollect.com (there is over 10,000 images on the site)
Or, you can go directly to the pictures I have taken at:

Comments or questions welcome.

Great photos and wish that I was at the Steve Gold auction for those air meters. Really would like to find more castiron air meters.
Thanks Craig

Steve Gold had some great taste in stuff. Nice meters!!! I could not believe all of those 40 series he had lined up.
