I did that at another show and bought a 9+ condition sinclair sign before it was even off the guys truck. It does pay off once in a while.

I refuse to pay the early admission anymore, Nor will I walk thru the fields that make you pay. There is so much to see at Brimfield without being gouged by the few greedy. I arrived at 10 a.m., slowly walked around and chatted and found these 2 pump plates shortly before noon, at a booth selling Kitchen items. To me that was an enjoyable stress free day.

Beautiful plates there KZ. I see the diesel is dated 53 which is a uncommon year for that plate from what I've seen. I would be very happy to own either of those sheilds.

Rick, nice score...I didnt see those..lol. That's the only problem with that strategy. When you run with the crowd first thing in the morning you really only see about 50% first pass through. I always try to walk the field again after the first run through but you NEVER see everything.

Nice pickups guys...I generally try to be at shows early...sometimes when you "turbo" through you can miss alot though...I need to post some pics of the dixie finds once I get some work hammered out here...

Our little guy scored about 5 really cool quart cans...as well as some signs smile A huge thanks to Dave "Canosaurus", Lonnie Hopp, and Mike Scwabb "Big Mike" for hooking a little guy up with some cans (one was a FULL LEAPING Lion metal quart!, as well as the Chandlers and all of the other folks at the show who gave him signs or INSANE deals on signs... He has them displayed in his room on top of his dresser.
