I sold a barber chair by, BUY IT Now on Ebay. I see the buyer is from the east coast and I am on west coast. He has no feed back and is a new member. It looks like a scam or something, am I right and is there something I should do to make sure I am not charged any fees by Ebay. Thanks for any advice.

Give it some time. Maybe he or she has a relative on the west coast that's going to pick it up.

If you have not received payment go to this link and ebay will help you through it. Unpaid items Be sure to give it a couple of days as some ebayers are a little slow to pay.

I agree. Give it a little time. I just recently bid on an item and thought I was outbid. Turns out I won it and I didn't contact the seller and a month later I got a note from ebay. Boy, was I embarassed. I emailed the owner ASAP and sent Paypal even faster wtih a note of apology. It happens..you could also be scammed...LOL
