what was the procedure again to see the high bidder of an item if a person was second best for the item??

go to items bid on type in (your handle) & it will tell you who won the item..

You have to have placed a bid in that particular auction,to see the winning bidders name though.
If you were just a spectator,it will not display the winners name to you.

Also,if you think you know who won it,but did not participate in the auction,and type in that winning bidders ID name in the bidders search box and check off completed auctions,it will display he won that auction to you,if you were right.
