I used it and the sign cleaned up a bit. I am not sure If I can get it any better. I will post a Pic tonight.

Oke here are the results so far. The Flange is straightened out  Here is what it looks like after the Acid Treatment.   Does it look any different????

I think you did an awful nice job! Really improved the looks of the sign and now you are experienced using muriatic acid and know how to go about it! Congratulations!
