Earlier this year I was in a Car Accident. Sitting still in traffic and rear-ended by a guy doing 60. My Back was hurt pretty bad. I Couldn't walk for 3 weeks. The doctor told me I could not go to work and not to sit and watch TV the whole time, but to find something to do to stay Busy. That is when I started my Bowser and Lubester projects. I had owned them for 20 years, it was time. My Wife set me up work stations where I could work while sitting at 3 different heights. That worked very wel for me!!!

Another thing I did was to paint signs. I am an Automotive Cartoonist, but wanted to see if I could reproduce some old signage.

It kept me busy. I am now back to work on light duty. Hoping my body can adjust!!!!!

Here are some of the signs that I did.

1st one....Kept it simple!!!

Done on an old crate top

37" Diameter

This one is made with 1950's Drive in theater Marquee letters

18" Diameter
