I recently purchased a Ford clock from the 50's and I'm trying to figure out if the face is a reproduction. It is the Ford Genuine parts clock that says 'made right, fit right, last longer(white background with dark blue and red design). It has 'Pam Clock Company' lettered on the bottom - someone told me the repros do not have that. Does anyone know how to tell the repro from the original face?

You need to look at the backside of the face through the holes for the bulbs in the back of the clock. An original will be yellowed somewhat and have that "used" look to it. A repro will look shiny and smooth.
Most of the Pam clocks I've seen on eBay probably have repro faces. Look at the biiding on them and it's probably real slow. It's probably hurting the value of some legitimate pieces. I know I'd be real hesitant to bid on one no matter how nice it looked.
